The Model S-92 GW Grommet and Washer Attaching Machine has been designed to increase productivity and reduce costs while reducing operator fatigue. It offers the attractive advantage of being able to make settings in heavy duty industrial fabrics (such as nylon) by first punching out the hole and then attaching the grommet and washer in a single cycle. A material thickness compensator allows materials with thickness differences of up to 1/8" to be set without a setting tool adjustment.

Grommet and Washer Sizes
The Model S-92 GW will automatically feed and set Stimpson sheet metal grommets with neck or teeth washers (sizes #00 to #4) and Stimpson rolled rim grommets with spur washers (sizes #0 to #4).
