Tools for Grommeting
For sheet brass grommets with plain or teeth washers,
sizes #00 to #6. For rolled rim grommets with spur washers sizes
#0 to #8. Also available for a wide range of eyelets. Used with
a wooden or rawhide mallet.
Top set
Made from cold rolled steel case hardened.
Bottom Set
Cast iron with a hardened carbon steel insert.
Stimpson also offers Hand Drive Punches, forged from
the best grade of tool steel, carefully hardened and tempered, and
then polished. Use Stimpson Hand Drive Punches to punch a hole in
material (diameter 5/64 to 1 inch) before inserting grommets.
