Clamps

Stimpson manufactures a wide variety of clamps, most from brass and steel. Stimpson clamps can be made with a single or double 'U' shape, with or without teeth or with lancings which improve pull and grip strengths.

C-E ® Rivets

Stimpson's C-E® Rivet line is produced in both brass and steel and may be plated in nickel, brass, antique bronze or a variety of other finishes. Designed for today's light to medium riveting applications, C-E® Rivets are uniform, strong and provide a better coil than conventional tubular rivets. Application can be performed with a full line of foot, electric and pneumatic machines.

Vents

Stimpson's wide range of vents and matching washers are most often used for air circulation or drainage in products such as mattresses, rain gear, boots and hats. Some of our more popular vents are pictured here.

Ferrules and Shells

These drawn metal shells have little or no flange. Stimpson ferrules are made in a variety of configurations; straight or tapered, with or without a shoulder, closed ended and with virtually any shape hole. The shape of the bottom varies from flat to spherical.

Stimpson Corners are commonly found on Leather and Vinyl Binders, Personal Day Books, Photo Albums, Menu Covers, Portfolios and Luggage.

Quick Rivets

Stimpson quick rivets are ideal for the simple fastening of lightweight materials. When inserted through a pre-punched hole, these parts can be set with a hammer or inexpensive hand machine. Automatic feed machines are available to feed one or both parts in high volume applications.

Spots

Stimpson spot rivets are made in steel and brass but can be plated in a variety of finishes to meet your requirements. Most of these items can be manufactured in different lengths and specially designed heads can be made to order to display trademarks, monograms etc.
